I would think so too Dwain, as would most Club members (Vic is NOT a Club member).Vic was nice enough to tell me "It must have gotten lost in the mail, it happens"....I haven't heard a whole lot from him since then.
By the way it was only two $1 chips that need replacing, so for 2 bucks worth of chips Vic could have gotten me off his back weeks ago.
