On June 1st of 2004, my wife and I signed a contact to have a swimming pool installed with a promise that we would be swimming by the end of the summer. What we didn't know at the time was that they meant the summer of 2005!

Some eight and a half months later the major construction work is finally complete but the landscape will take many more months to restore.

I've never heard a happy pool story but in all fairness to the contractors involved.. they addressed every concern and fixed every problem. They were just -SLOW-.

That's a lot of chips and a lot of grief for what is essentially a very large hole filled with water
