PLEASE READ CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY!

This will be a very unique, $1 All-Over Round Robin, open to CC & GTCC, Inc. members only. The full and complete cooperation and understanding of every participant is of utmost importance and if you are not willing to abide by the entire set of rules, then please do not ask to participate.

First and foremost it is required that every participant have a scanner. Not a camera, but a flatbed scanner. Each recipient will be required to make two hi resolution scans and post each of them on my web site. (A high-speed connection is a plus, but not required.) The first scan will be the chips you pulled and the second scan will be the chips you add. This Round Robin will track exactly who put what in and will also show the condition of each added chip. Again, please do not participate if you cannot abide by these rules.

Secondly, but highly important, is that this $1 All-Over Round Robin requires chips to be either un-circulated or at worst, like new (meaning that there is no table wear). I will be including specific instructions in the mailing on where to go, and how to upload the pulled/added scans to a special web-page I have had created.

Lastly, the Round Robin will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, but no Insurance required. We will also be using the USPS Flat Rate mailers, as the chips will be placed into multi-pocket pages.

If you are interested in participating in this Round Robin, just email me and I will sign you up. But please remember, you MUST have access to a scanner, you must scan what you take and what you add, you must upload both scans to my web-page, all adds must be in excellent condition, you must use USPS Priority Mail and you must be a CC & GTCC member in good standing. If you cannot play by these specific rules, then do not even bother to sign up.
