This is an encased cent from the 101 Club in North Las Vegas. It's made of aluminum. Usually given away by the casino (or sold in the gift shop) as a key chain fob. It's about 1 3/8" in diameter. I'll pay $50 for an example with an original cent in good condition. No questions asked!
