Does anybody happen to know where I can find these chips for sale, from the closed "Palais de Congres Casino" (aside from Ebay)?

Also, I see a lot of chips float around from places like this, or Vineyard, or Olivia's Poker Hall... casinos that have closed. Is there any trick to finding these and obtaining them before they start showing up on EBay for $20 each? Thanks,
