I am in agreement with you and have learned from this foray, so let's let it rest at that.

Being somewhat stubborn and hating to see people getting ripped off in this hobby, as most of us have been at one time or another, will probably not keep me from continuing to contact sellers in a courteous , attempting to be helpful, manner when I feel the necessity to do so. In the future I will be more cautious in my approach. How they respond is beyond my control.

I want to thank you for your passionate response but I feel that your first irate posting on the board was in a very disrespectful tone as I don't know who you are and you don't know me. I can appreciate your intensity, but it is not the best way to get to know or help strangers who disagree with your beliefs. Especially to those who will most likely cross paths again with the possibility of future friendships.

So perhaps we both need to adjust the way we do things. I need to get educated before I shoot myself in the foot. And perhaps you might want to calm yourself down before confronting strangers. It is always healthier to educate than to irritate.

I sincerely hope you don't take this as a personal attack, as it is not. I just would like for us to be able to have a mature exchange of ideas, feelings, and beliefs both on and off the board, without being antagonistic.
