Rick, with all due respect...
Why does the seller point out the fact that they have a face value of $14,300 when they never had any value at all. Is this to lure the uneducated into bidding on a great bargain that doesn't and never did exist? Furthermore, the description makes them appear to have been live casino chips at one time from old retired casinos. To me this is very deceitful. I believe they should be represented for what they are: fantasy chips with 0 face value and never circulated in any casino, period! Then the seller can point out their collectiblity as Borland chips and educate all of us instead of trying to sell something in a way that deceives the uneducated.
I appreciate your response, and yes in some ways I was wrong...but I will continue to approach people like this who are clearly attemting to spruce up their bottom line by deceiving others.
Regards, Ron
