At one of our recent Charity Poker Tournaments we run here in Cleveland,OH a player came up to me and complained that another player was keeping "Notes" on a pad of paper.

I approached the player accused and he was, in fact, keeping notes on betting habits, etc. of others.

He said it was legal.

I have never seen anyone do it in the tournaments I have played in in Vegas nor seen others do it on TV.

My question.........Is it legal?
