I think the Saratoga is Outhwaites. GOB stands for Gilbert B. Outhwaite. Same logo as on the chip shown in Ed Hertels book. There was a Top Hat, Broad St., Orleans Parish, New Orleans, but I don't know what their logo looked like. Hope that is some help, Doug in Kingman, Az.
