There is a Chicago Club in Charlevoix, Michigan. Started in 1885 by wealthy Chicagoans who built summer homes there (on the shore of Lake Michigan).

I have a Chicago Club matchbook. It has a very chip-like logo with 2 entertwined "C"s. It's not clear whether it's from Chicago or Michigan. I think the same thing could be said of your chips.
