Yeah, I know cruise ships that offer gambling as an amenity to their guests, and 'day cruise'' that cruise just for gambling.

But I'm wondering about the changing status of Illinois 'riverboats'.

Both the 'Harrah's' and 'Argosy's Empress'(the NEW name) boats in Joliet were at one time requuied to leave the dock and cruise the river while gambling was in process. Wet?

Then the boats were allowed to be permanatly docked. Wet?

Now they have both changed to floating barges that are never intended to move. Wet?

Just wondering.
