As far as "46" got out.
That in itself doesn't make sense. If they aren't errors which they are not, why did only "46 get out"
To my knowledge all 100 were sold.

I think the [ only so many got out ] is just another ploy in saying they are rare

You might recall the same story regarding the Riviera porn chips. The amount that "got out" was all over the map. I question if anyone really knows the amount.
