Can't be of much help as the $100 is not listed in Armin's book. He lists only the $1, $5 and $20 along with 3 non denomination items.
Only as reference the has the following evaluation:
$1 @ 8-4
$5 @ 12-6
$20 @ 25 - 15 with a notation 'ERROR?'
