I've played BJ, "21st Century BJ", and "22" in most of the Southern CA Casinos and have never seen them use a Chip as a Marker for the Dealer.
Most use a Plain white Marker (similar to a Craps "on/Off", and the only writing is "Dealer(or Bank) #1" on one side, and "dealer #2" on the other (signifying whether it is your first allowed "Bank" or your second". This Ante Chip is something that looks much different. As i said, I plan to find out more when I visit this weekend....I'll post then.
