The games I played did not have Higher denominations $1 and $5 chips only (games were $5/$10 and $10/$20).

The way it worked was that the club was rented to different operators on different nights of the week. Each operator generally brought there own chips. Some may have had monogramed chips, but not the games I played in. The places were small usually only one game going at a time. I suppose that I could have slipped in some chips, but probably not enough to be worthwhile.
