FYI eBay now has a "submit best offer" feature available. I just began to use it in place of "buy it now" and reserves. It kind of goes against the auction process as you set your price then open it up to lower offers that you can either accept or reject. Of course you still pay the final value fee, but save on other listing fees, making them considerably less expensive. Highly recommended, give it a try...
