A friend of mine who also Collects Lottery Tickets went to the Hard Rock in Tampa Florida yesterday and he said that they don't use the 25¢ and 50¢ chips anymore. He said he asked one of the workers there and they said too many people were walking off with them as Souvenirs. I explained to him that Collectors of Chips were leaving with racks of them (haha).

So is this true? Any of you Florida Collectors hear anything about this?
