I am selling some chips on Ebay which I hardly ever do. If I relist a chip that did not sell do I get charged a second list fee. I thought I understood that I could and wouldn't be charged but it looks like I am being charged. Can I relist it endlessly without paying an additional list fee. Would appreciate knowing the rules.
