I bought an item on more than three weeks ago and paid within minutes of the auction's end. I never heard one word from the seller and when I finally did, here is the response I got:

"I will get this out to you as soon as I can. Any negative feedback will be dealt with in kind!!!"

Ahhhh ... who says customer service is dead....
