For a short time, charity gaming was legal in Prince George County, Maryland. Casinos could be run by charitable organizations 2 days per week. Most casinos were run by volunteer fire departments, although there were other groups like the Boys and Girls Clubs. I am told that the "ENC" chip is from one of there casinos, but I don't have more detailed information about it. I have the $1 chip and can use the 50c chip if it is available.
