Hi Tim, You have to tke TCR with a grain of salt. It is a very useful tool but the values put on the chips are a guide, You can never tell what a chip is going to sell for at auction Some days it will be far below TCR value and others it will be the same or much more, It just depends on who is bidding and how bad the bidders want the chip. I've seen fairly common $5 Le's sell for as much as $35 or $50 just because a collector REALLY wanted the chip and they were not going to be denied that chip. Hence a bidding war, which are really fun to watch sometimes .
