I'm still against cell phones but having a family plan with free "in calling" and free phones kinda forced me into it.

With the Verizon "in calling" my daughter can talk with the entire family and her friends (who also have Verizon) without using any minutes so it's pretty cool and stays under control. The kids know that if they (their friends) don't have Verizon, they can't talk to them.

I actually have more issues with my wife and the cell phone... alas.... that's a long story....
