Since there are a large number of collectors that are not familiar with the organized part of the hobby, this description may be true. However, if the lot of chips are from a stolen collection, it seems to me that the person bringing them in to this eBay seller would likely say the same thing.

Anybody aware of any theft or loss of a whole collection, that the owner might be advised of these auctions?
