Its a logical thing if you have more then one of the chip and both are acceptable bids. Ive both given second chance offers and gotten them. I always take them. Obviously, unless you got carried away in your bidding, you made a bid you were willing to pay. Now you have your chance.

I have had many times people not take the second chance offer. One even emailed me back saying he wouldnt participate in ripping off eBay. I couldnt convince him it wasnt a rip-off and eBay condones it. It saves me the seller listing fees. Ebay still gets the purchase price fees.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a win-win situation.

I wish more sellers would do them!
