Help me out here. I bid on a chip Monday night and did not win. The winning bid was $30. I lost by $2.00. I just received a Second Chance Offer from Ebay (It is a legit Ebay e-mail) that states I can buy this same chip for the price of my final bid $28. So I'm able to buy it for less than the final winning bid.?????????????????????? I'm going to assume others on this board have gotten this same type of e-mail.
