The only difference in the versions is there are two new fields, and then all of the Non-Nevada scans are included with this version. This new one has all of the scans included instead of just the Nevada, Illegals and foreign chips.

All of the previous purchasers will get the free download from the website. It'll install all the new scans, as well as a choice to update with the two new fields. Which ever you prefer. But if if were me, I'd wait 10 days and take the new one.
