Your post reminded me of something I once overheard. Years ago I worked in NYC and commuted every day from Long Island to Penn Station. I had a long walk through Penn Station from the train to street. Once, while walking by the waiting room, I overheard this statement from an old time hustler to an apparent apprentice ... "If they gots luggages in their hands, yo can be sure they gots moneys in their pockets."
