Hi Jim. In the days gone by when you hit a $37.50 slot jackpot a change person would come by to pay you. Then you would receive one of these tickets from the change person. The premium points were baced on the size of the jackpot. When you saved up enough points you could go to a gift shop and buy items per your points. Just like the old Blue Chip Stamps or S&H green stamps. Just an early way to reward their faithful players.
