Gene asked a straightforward question in a nice a easy to understand way. He even explained to you that a chips value is in direct relation to the amout of them available. Your beating around the bush can only mean one thing, that you intend on not being honest about the chips. True chippers have a code of ethics, that includes exposing the truth when asked. The only reason I can think of for not telling the truth is to take advantage of those who dont know any better.
Truthfully I am very interested in the La Rue chips and would love some for my collection. However since you have not been strraightforward with anyone here on the board about the count I have to assume you have many more than you lead on to and therefore I will not be bidding.
I dont care what your favorite color is, or the name of your dog, or where you live, the ONLY thing we are all interested in is HOW MANY OF THE CHIPS ARE THERE?

I wish you the best of luck in your auctions but I feel you have done more harm than good by your responses to direct questions on the board.
