Winter is prime time in Vegas. Most casinos are booked up with BIG conventions and aren't interested in giving much considerstion to a small bunch such as ourselves. I'm sure if you contact the Pres or Convention Chair throught the CC & GTCC page, they will be able to give you the specifics because this has been discussed several times in the past.
