While I might agree, this issue has been discussed many times.
There are many reasons to keep it in its current time frame among which are kids being out of school and times when most working folks get vacation time.
Personally being in the refrigeration business, I too would like to see it in the winter. Hey, then I might even have a chance to attend one.
