And I didn't say anything about the order being 1000 chips or less. The order was most likely 10,000 and up but under 100,000.

As for the import duties, only if it's commericial company to another commericial company. To individuals, that's a NO. I've never paid a duty when I buy things from overseas from anyone or any company. I didn't pay any duties when I bought some chips from you recently.
