Use the flat rate Global Priority USPS envelope. Costs $5 for as much as you can fit. Will take 6 lots of 8 flips.

If you take a regular envelope and ask for priority they will charge you standard airmail + $6.75 for priority. Unfortunately they abolished flat rate from UK to US. (and also from Australia ) It costs Andre an arm and a leg to send anything.
