I don't mean to downgrade Bill's chip, Richard, but this is not a "new" large crown. It is an error of a listed one, as you know, it is N4982, Bank Club Searchlight, NV. I have several chips from other Nevada locations, that are like this one, double struck. Therefore, this is a different condition from the normal N4982, but the same chip.

The value is hard to place. Some collectors think that an error chip adds a premium to the value. Others, feel that the overstrike is a damage and lowers the value.
