Concha in Spanish means "seashell", a very common word Robert. If you Google la concha hotel or la concha restaurant, you get over 10 pages if hits. If the only clue you have on the plate is the words you showed on the front, I'd say the odds are very slim that it's from a casino. I don't recognize the other markings in your scan. But good luck!
