I think they could grind the contents of the cage tomorrow and it wouldn't have any affect on a redemption notice or redemption time frame. If they choose to sell the house rack to a collector/broker, then the redemption notice would come into play. They wouldn't want to wholesale the rack before the redemption notice has expired.
