AT the Post offices here in Vegas they actually have a clerk posted at the machine teaching people to use it. Redundant your say. Nah.
"Give a man a fish he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish he will eat for years."

They are teching people to fish, uh, use the machine. Once people are comfortable with using it, there will be lower lines, no need to hire more employees and hopefully the end result will be less frequent raising of shipping costs.
