I don't have a scanner, but I have limited access to one. I, like most of you, like to post a chip image in my posts. When I win an auction I save a copy of the winning chip pic to a special directory (If the auction has alot of historic info, I sometimes save the whole HTML page).

Even though the scan isn't mine, the chip in the pic is! Does anybody think this is unethical? I would never resell the chip and use the saved pic to sell it, I would rescan it.

So for the sake of the CB, is this ok?
