This is were Negative feedback comes into affect. Unless you don't want to write this off yet and then disregard my 2¢ worth.

I once had a problem like this with a guy I bought 2 items on ebay from, didn't receive them for 2 months, after countless emails of threats with each other I waited for the almost the last day and gave him Negative feedback.

He blamed it on people who worked for him, he kept asking for my address. He had to be hiring the blind. I do know blind people and they do an excellent job at what work they do. A seller will never take the blame, its always some others fault.

Or its just take the money and send nothing and give you the run around in the mean time.

Its a Game, you can either play it his way or change it to your way
