Oh the poor soles that sell on e-bay. Most ask for money orders and no checks so the IRS can't find out what they are doing, ask high shipping cahrges sucjh as $3.85 and then ship it out at 82¢. When thisd hapopens I give a poor feed back and get hell from the seller. Never have I had a seller offer to refund over shipping charges. In the near future you poor soles can look forward to this from e-bay. #1 Federal I.D. # before you can place any item up for sale #2 Vaslue added tax. Take a chip and place it in a holder that ads value. Not my ideas it's in the works at the FTC Federal Trade Commision. Hope you all have a great day....Like hell I do.
