"What you are asking for is permission to cheat ebay out of their fee (regardless of how you feel about it) and possibly deceive potential buyers. "
I am not asking permission to cheat ebay or deceive buyers. I am one seller who throws in more extra chips or Las Vegas "goodies" if I feel a buyer bid to much for a chip. I am also one who refunds fees if the bid goes to high.
Ebay used to add the word handling now it is up to us to put it in the descriptions.
I am quite up to date on Nevada laws and know what to pay taxes on, trust me we pay!
Ebay allows you to charge a handling fee. They do not allow you to charge an unreasonable one . If you go into calculated cost when listing you can include it there and as far as I know they don't charge you a fee for that. I haven't been charged for one yet.
Ebay is changing I guess we all have to adjust to it .
