Hi guys and gals...Havent bought much on e-bay these days and purchased a number of chips from this seller "mrjoeb". I know he has quite a few chips up for auction but I've tried to get a reply from him for an invoice and for 2 days I've heard nothing. Usually I get something back, but I've heard nothing. I've e-mailed through e-bay so he should be getting my e-mails. I dont want to pay because he's got added cost of insurance for every chip and I'm not paying for that total combined. Has anyone bought anything from him. Seems to have a good record, for the number of items he sells. Is he too busy to just respond back to me???
