I wonder how many AC collectors distinguish between all these different "variations" on a single color?

I understand there is a difference between the old Taj $1 chips and the new Taj $1 chip. I'll be damned if I can find the difference and I've looked several times. A "green" variety on the Golden Nugget? First I heard of this one and wonder if this is just some type of fading issue?

I personally don't recognize any of them in my collection, but everyone has their own little quirks when it comes to collecting chips and if you like that type of thing, go for it.

Red vs Green, that is simple, but light brown, dark brown, medium brown, chocolate,... that's too much for me.
