Borland owned the rights to the molds for short period. The physical molds never moved from Maine. Atlantic Standard Mouldings continued to manufacture complete inlaid chips, or blanks for Borland to hotstamp himself, in the same way their predecessor the Burt Co had done for Bud Jones. When much of Borland's estate was sold through GGS, this included quantities of chips and blanks. Subsequently any number of people could have added their own inlays to existing chips to create ones like the $2.50 Dunes under discussion.
