Ross, the Bal Tabarin was across the street from where the Monte Carlo was. The Monte Carlo site is now the Tahoe Biltmore coffee shop, within a few feet of the California border. If my memory is correct, the site of the Bal Tabarin is now a property management company. It's between the Crystal Bay Club and the Cal-Neva.
