For the first time in the 5 years they have been open, the high waters of the OHIO have shut Caesars Indiana down. They shut down yesterday and will probably be closed until next Friday.

Before they built Caesars the road had flooded several times.

The water is probably lapping near Dr Paul Benders back door. River is expected to crest on Wednesday.
