I don't have the details but I am sure you can find them on Harrahs web site. Very simply the deal is probably set up for some cash (which won't change) and so many Harrahs shares for every share you have. They normally pick a date to determine how many shares(at what value) or it is in the original offer. If it was in the original offer then CZR stock will track HET stock based on the offer. For example you may get $5 cash and .2 shares of HET. Then for every dollar HET goes up CZR will go up $.20. The total value of CZR may not equal the total of the offer since the deal can still fall thru. Hope this helps.
