Thanks for the question Stu. Purchases are made by contacting the seller directly. Simply send an email or call up the seller to confirm availability and to reserve your chip.
Seller contact information is available with each chip details page arrived at by clicking on a thumbnail or the item name. You pay the seller directly through whatever means of payment the seller has specified.
It may be that in the future we can facilitate payments through the web site if there is sufficient demand for it, but this does not appear to be of high priority at this time.
