They can choose to go after anyone that tries to profit from an improper use of their names, images, anything that is protected. The question is, why go after the small potatos guys? Is the $1.81 that important to them? Are these being sold on such a mass scale on the secondary market by any single individual or entity that they can justify the legal expenses? On the other hand, perhaps they may lose rights if they don't act to protect their intellectual property. Just a thought.
