"violation of intellectual property rights"

If that is the case the matter should be taken up
with the Tropicana not Chuck!!...This guy apparently doesnt realize these are "limited edition collectors chips" that are going to be
collected, sold, resold etc...The first thing he
should do is his own research thru MLB whether
there was permission to use the photo's and graphics on the chips BY MLB to the Tropicana...
This guy is treating it as if CHUCK is perpetrating some scheme...he MAY even think
Chuck Manufactured these chips like sets for home
games.....He also may not know there is a whole
club out there that collects these things...this
guy's gotta smarten up!!!!!
